We are proud to offer a versatile array of machining at H&W Tool Company, including high tech options such as Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM). Perfect for cutting intricate contours and cavities difficult to produce with other cutting tools, EDM is also used for quality control & inspection purposes. We offer RAM and wire EDM services with CNC control capabilities. Our machinists work with a diverse variety of standard and exotic metals, including high nickel alloys, carbon steel aluminum, chrome based alloys, Inconel, hastelloy, cobalt chrome, and titanium. Our EDM work centers can accommodate workpieces in various dimensions, including lengths up to 40", widths up to 20", and thicknesses up to 17". We can machine workpieces to precision tolerances of ± 0.0005". Numerous additional services are available to supplement our EDM capabilities, including CAD Services, CAM programming services, honeycomb machining, reverse engineering, and more. We work in volumes that range from single prototypes to medium scale production, providing quotes on a job by job basis. We meet the highest industry standards, exemplified by our status as an ISO 13485:2016, AS 9100D and ISO 9001:2015, Nadcap AC7004, Nonconventional Machining (EDM), Nonconventional Machining (NJ), Nonconventional Machining (OH).
