In 1964, Henry Winstead and Al Stuscavage founded H&W Tool Company. The business was originally run from a garage until the current facility was built in 1966. The company was named after the 1st initial of their wives maiden names, Heckmann & Williams.

We began our business using Bridgeports to older Elox manual EDM, comparators and Deckle duplicators. We currently use state-of-the-art technology to insure the highest precision in our tools. We engineer molds, dies and fixtures to the highest specifications to meet our client's needs. Quality service is our primary focus.

The most important lesson I learned from my father was the importance of honesty when working with customers. "Just be honest and tell them the situation as this builds trust and respect. Integrity builds reputation".

The employees at H&W Tool are treated like an extended family as many of them have been with us for over 15 years. We are able to offer our employees competitive salaries and benefits which result in a minimal turnover.

The business continues to grow since Rick has taken over from his father, Henry. We currently have the 2nd and 3rd generations running the main office in NJ to continue the traditions and values instilled in us.

Pride in the quality of our work, a strong work ethic and a sense of family are the building blocks at H&W Tool Company.
