Waterjet Cutting Services

Waterjet cutting is an important and useful method for the precise, fast, and economical cutting of many intricate shapes. At H&W Tool, we are proud to offer versatile, high quality Waterjet cutting services. This method creates minimal part stress, smooth finished edges, and reduced material cost through nesting. Waterjet cutting creates no thermal distortion or hardening, and our 5 axis machinery cuts many different types of material with precision. High nickel alloys, chrome based alloys, carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, Inconel, cobalt chrome, titanium - we handle all of these materials, and our equipment can accommodate workpieces of multiple dimensions. Our machinery can handle thicknesses up to 6", lengths up to 10', and widths up to 5'. Our Waterjets apply pressure up to 90,000 psi, and can cut to tolerances of ± 0.005". We provide Waterjet cutting for the aerospace, industrial gas turbine, and medical industries from our ISO 13485:2016, AS 9100D and ISO 9001:2015, Nadcap AC7004, Nonconventional Machining (EDM), Nonconventional Machining (NJ), Nonconventional Machining (OH) facility, working with volumes that range from prototypes to long production runs. Lead times are quoted on a job by job basis, with rush and emergency services available as required.
