We take pride in our over 40 year tradition of providing high quality manufacturing and engineering at H&W Tool Company. Pattern engineering and mold creation are important services we provide, using a variety of techniques to create products for a number of different industries. We engineer, and manufacture molds, as well as provide technical support, tool history documentation, reverse engineering, and 2D & 3D CAD modeling. Our facility offers ceramic injection / transfer molds and wax injection molds as well. At H&W, we feature state-of-the-art equipment, including a CNC milling machine, faro arm, electronic gages, CMM, and laser inspection to ensure our products are of the highest quality. We make patterns through advanced CNC and EDM machining processes, and our equipment accommodates workpieces of various dimensions. Available pattern sizes include heights up to 20", widths up to 32", and lengths up to 32", fabricated by machinery that can keep tolerances as tight as ±0.0005". From prototypes to medium sized production runs, we quote lead times on a job by job basis, usually running between 1 to 12 weeks. And as an ISO 13485:2016, AS 9100D and ISO 9001:2015, Nadcap AC7004, Nonconventional Machining (EDM), Nonconventional Machining (NJ), Nonconventional Machining (OH), our customers are guaranteed that all the work we create is of exceptional quality.
