Since 1964, two generations of Winsteads, Henry and son Rick,
have owned and operated H & W Tool Company.
The H & W stand for Henry's
and his former partner's wives' maiden names.
In 1973, Henry bought out his former partner.
Rick joined the firm after graduation and
acquired the company from his dad in 1998. |

Facilities |
|
The original 7,000 square foot facility on 22 Lee Avenue
houses the design function, tool construction, and layout
inspection. We use the adjacent 4,000 square foot
building, pictured here, for small hole drilling,
production EDM, CNC, and wire EDM. Recently,
we converted the second floor for a new
castings
finishing operation. |
